Our Founder
Theodre Tang

Our founder's journey in the performing arts began at a young age, cultivated through years of training at Victoria Shanghai Academy and the International School Theatre Association of Hong Kong. This early passion led them to pursue formal training at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, where they honed their craft in acting, singing, and directing.
Today, as a professional actor, singer, and drama teacher, our founder specializes in Shakespeare, vocal and physical performance, and directing, bringing deep expertise to every production and classroom. Over the years, he has taught primary and secondary school students across Hong Kong at institutions such as HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College, Tin Shui Wai Government Secondary School, Kwun Tong Maryknoll College, French International School, Kellett School, Alliance Primary School Whampoa, CCC Kei Wan, and many others, guiding young performers through plays, musicals, and workshops that build confidence and creativity.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, our founder is dedicated to making the performing arts accessible and impactful for students of all backgrounds.
Our Mission
Scene Spot aims to help Hong Kong students discover that confidence, adaptability, and critical thinking are not abstract virtues. Rather, they are skills that can be trained, rehearsed, and performed, just as one might learn to code or conduct a science experiment.
